Not enough light. Dont fear too much. Weed is very robust.

No. Its a bit small.
Are you feeding it, if so. Its too much. Idk at this stage. If you're in soil. Root stims and high rh in 65-70 the higher end the better.

Might be a touch over watered. Otherwise it doesn't look too bad. You really have to be careful when they are young like that with the watering. They only need a tint bit, and by that i mean like a shot glass worth around the perimeter of the stem. But do not touch any water to the stem at the base where it meets the soil. Don't wanna damp her off and kill her.
