Unwanted male plant

Hey, My plants are in over a month in flowering and I just realized one of them is male, is it good idea to remove it now or just leave it? since I actually don't want seedals but I cab already see seeds Well I get less seeds if I remove it now?

Neem spray Hey guys yet another question. I only have access to the grow in the day time and had to treat my plants with neem oil/organic soap spray to protect from spider mites. The lights are about 1 meter above and dont give off alot of heat do you thing they will be ok?

Flip to flower delayed because of extension cord led light. Just a delay or problems ahead?After 1,5 weeks of 12/12h, I started to worry why the plant was not showing any signs of flowering and I decided to get in to the tent to check for any light leaks.
