Hey Growmie,
I would judge the trichomes on the actual buds, not the sugar leaves to judge if the plant is ready for harvest, remember the trichomes on the leaves mature faster and could have you harvesting a plant before it's ready. If its your OG kush then yup. That's ready. If its your ww then no, maybe take her off nutrients and soft flush with water. You can do this also for the og kush if you used synthetic nutrients at any stage during your grow, maybe a hard flush will be needed. Then when you feel your ppm is down to a level that suits you. Then leave it for a few days to a week even and it'll finish what's left in the pot.
It'll help next time.. In the diary you want to ask a Q about. If you go into that diary. And ask the Q, you have 100 for each diary.
That way ppl can link your Q straight to a grow you have.

Trichomes don’t matureI’m flushing slowly, has been almost two week now. Just water with PH between 6.5 and 6.8. The plant seems ready, pistils are brown for 70%, yellow leaves are dropping off, but I don’t get why trichomes are still transparent, they aged slowly compared to the rest. Is it normal?

Main versus secondary maturingThis secondary lower buds seem to be maturing faster than the main colas. The pistils are turning dark faster on the lower than the upper. Not by much, but it's noticeable. Maybe a week or so? BUT, should I take the secondary buds first and leave the main colas to mature more?

These have been grown in 91 degree heat for their entire time growing. I can't change that the heat killed off some trichomes. But what is your opinion on the doneness of the trichomes that are there? If the pics are not clear enough I can use my real camera versus my phone. THX

Shoukd i Harvest the Mimosa Auto?Hi! I don't know when to harvest the Minosa Auto. On the Website of RQS it is written that after 10 Week the plant is ready to harvest. Some of the older leaves shown a high amount of amber trichomes. But the Buds dont't look like at their maximum of growth.
