3 days ago i planted my seedling. It emerged, but until today, it couldn't pull off it's shell. I helped it a bit and in a little under 3 hours, it's like this. The leaves even grew inside, is it gonna be fine?

it's looking descent and the first true leaves growing out of it look fine. the baby cotyledons are meant to protect the seed when pushing up and out of the soil so I would not worry about them looking funny. Give it some time and it should grow out well. If this happens again spraying the seed head/shell with water every few hours helps it release.

it's not dead.. so it'll keep growing. May be delayed a bit compared to any others planted at same time. It's a bit scary, but get that shell off ASAP, next time. A pair of small tweezers to secure the shell -- make sure it's only squeezing on 1/2 of slightly split shell. then either a toothpick or another pair of small tweezers to pry and gently split the shell further. Hold the whole thing steady as you work it, so you put little to no stress on stem and roots. There may be a membrane behind.. don't try to take it off like the shell.. this memebrane can be slid off. Gently poke toothpick between leaves at base and gently slide the membrane off. Easy peasy.. once in a while you will rip a cotyledon off or maybe worse.. becareful, take your time, and it's a rare occurence. Bury it slightly deeper next time -- emphasis on slightly. Too deep and it delays the sprout needlessly. Shell-head should be rare, though.

Yes. When the seed comes up with its shell. You need to take it off right away or a few hrs in. Unless you can see white between the crack you need to take it off. As all it'll do is stretch seeking light. And with the husk blocking. Just grab both sides and pull it apart. Or grab the shell put something like that you can hold down and slip in between the shell and slowinh release as the thing you use opens it'll crack the shell without the risk of damaging it
