It's normal for the new shoots on top to be light green. But if the big bottom leaves seem to turn yellow like the one you are holding, this is not normal before flowering. It looks like a nitrogen deficiency. If you are not yet in the final pot, repot with rich potting soil. Otherwise use fertilizer each time you water, adding a high dose of nitrogen.

Looks like its hungry, can you confirm your feeding has been adequate for the plant needs? EC/PPM monitoring.
If your using the TS3000 @450W the light also might be to strong or close. very your hang height and dim setting with their recommendations and try and calculate the DLI for the plant. 35-40 is ideal. I aim for closer to 35 to give myself some wiggle room. If you have PPFD maps calculating DLI is mad easy.
