I lowered the ph of watering from 6.8 to 6.0 but this plant is still is shock and wont grow like others. Could it be a sign of changing phase from veg to bloom ? 3 weeks ago my first plant went to flowering and did the same color fading. Now that plant has good color

I think it’s fine to have this color when changing from veg into flower. Some plants go through this when they transition into flower you have to find your sweet spot with the nutrients but other than that it looks very healthy and lush Good luck!
