Low odour

My plant doesn't smell at all but is nearly ready. It looks healthy, just very low odour. Green Gelato from RQS. Any thoughts? Attached photos are a few weeks apart but it seems we'll?

I have a northern lights auto hanging to dry right now that has no smell until I squeeze the buds in my finger tips. It barely smelled before harvest. If anything it had that subtle weed funk almost like faint cat pee from afar. Not a ripe cannabis plant funk tho. I’ve sampled a few buds and it hits even without that dank dank smell. Secondly, you could finish up with some molasses; carbs increase terpene production. Additionally, keep heat and humidity in check too… they both contribute to the end products smell as well.

You are probably just used to the smell of it. I know when i have someone into my place, they say it's strong with the smell of weed, but i can't smell it at all.

The first pic looks ready the 2nd one looks like it has more time. It also looks like you asked this questions twice? or GrowDiaries is erroring out. growdiaries.com/grow-questions/67223-low-odour growdiaries.com/grow-questions/67229-low-odour-question Best to find your optional harvest window but looking at three items. Bud density/hardness/fullness, Trichomes and Pistils. When most of the trichomes are cloudy and some are amber it is good. When most of the pistils are browned and died back it is good. When the buds are all thickened up and dense it is good. Some plants do not do all three and it will be best to make your own call. Better pics of the buds and their trichomes will be needed for other to make a more accurate call. otherwise its just guessing. and everyone has their own perfect ripeness levels. Good Luck!

I have not had this happen as all my plants have always smelled very strong this late into flower. I do know that some smell worse than others but usually it’s always quite a bit of smell coming from the girls, never “very low”. Sounds like the genetics here my friend, could be one that isn’t that pungent of a smell. Honestly, you might want to document this as it could be a good strain for those who are trying more of a gorilla grow. I hope this helps.
