They're trichomes. If they appear on the large leaves, it means your plant is producing a lot of resin. The trichomes contain terpenes and cannabinoids, giving your plant aroma and potency in its effect. The plant also uses them as a protection mechanism against harmful UV rays. Cheers.

No, not thrips, just trichomes on fan leaves that are, by the way, showing signs of severe nitrogen toxicity.

Nothing to worry about. You can clearly tell in the picture how they are coming directly out of the leaf and they have a perfect sphere on the top. The fan leaves are producing Trichomes which is what we want to smoke. Lol Hope this helps.

Bagnare foglie Hey everyone. Yesterday I sprayed neem oil and there are some drops left on the leaves leaving a white powder. Can I spray just water on the leaves with the lights on (24-hour cycle) to try to wash away these residues, or will I burn the leaves by wetting them? Thanks a lot!

Difficulty identifying leaf problem - maybe it's insects?I'm having trouble figuring out what's going on with my plant. The cotyledons and lower fan leaves are getting irregular shiny patches varying in size underneath, with yellow spots directly above them on the top side. It's really hard to photograph the shiny patches. Thrips?

What are your best experiences for treating white powdery mildew? (4th week of flower)I carefully removed all the leaves with WM on it, but i want to spray the leaves to hinder further development of the mildew. What are your best experiences? I've read about milk solution, maybe citric acid solution with a ph of 9? Can i spray the buds too? Thanks for your help!

When using a Apple cider vinegar/water mixture is it ok to spray the entire plant, leaves bud and all to combat Powdery Mildew (PM)? I’m assuming it’s ok and may help prevent the PM from infecting the buds leading to bud rot?

Too little light I have now tried removing the WPM by smiering 40/60 milk/water on the affected areas. Deep inside the canopy aswell since little to no airflow passes here due to the plant being so deep in the pot. And apart from that the plant recieves 8 hours of light and I cant install a LED.
