Your water should be right around 6 - 6.4 pH. Happy frog soul is perfect for the first two weeks because there really isn’t much nutrient in that soil. So no nutrient issues here I’m guessing. Other than that is looks like you are giving it way to much light. Download a PPFD app on your phone and try to aim for roughly 250-350 PPFD with the light being roughly 15-20 inches above the plant. My guess is you will get that at around 25-40 perfect on the light. Hope this helps. Oh also, don’t water a ton. At this age they do not take up a ton of water to it is fine to water every 3-4 days

Looks like light stress. You only need max of 300 ppfd right now. My lights run at 20% in early veg and 40% in late veg. I turn it up gradually in flower. Download the Photone app for your phone, it's a useful tool. If these are photoperiod plants, consider after you germinate your seeds to plant them in solo cups first and after they develop a little then transplant into final pot. Good luck witht he grow!
