No. The whole point of starting in smaller pots with fems. Is to build a root ball within the main part of the soil..it gives an overall stronger plant and fixes and problems are less As the main roots will be in the middle. At her age she is still too young. A root coming from her end is just the start.. you want the roots to expand through that small pot. And 14-21 days old depends on size then uppot..move to bigger pot. Jusy upend the substrate don't worry about the web holding your substrate together in a lil block. You'll notice points sticking out. These will then branch out pushing the plant with new energy (new phase) and make the plant grow bigger.
