Try to shape the lower bend in 2-3 spots close together -- this way you can get a better bend without much damage to vascular tisue. Anchor the bottom to opposite side of pot. At this point the plant should stay in it's new shape while you anchor the top to prevent it from trying to grow vertically again. Easy as that. Avoids stressing roots. You form the basic shape (within reason) and little stress is applied as you tie it down any futher as necessary -- with an anchor sabilizing the trunk in place before you do that.

Yeah. It looks good a bit late to be bending It. I can tell u just did this right. You know that puts a ton of stress on a plant, especially if its an auto Every leaf & node moving to the plants light takes a lot. You need to do it earlier to get the full benefits of growing sideways imo She is good. She has a nice structure. Not to bushy. Doesn't need to be tilted Good lst and you'll get a better turn out if she's set to flip soon .
