When should i let my seedling breathe without any dome on top In my case i used a glass to cover my seedling Because i read somewhere that the seedling needed extreme humidity levels (i forgot why tho) And i wonder when i should let her breathe normally without any dome on Thx!

That soil looks very wet U shouldn't pour water on or near seedlings You put soil in. Wet the soil if its got a tap. Make a pin hole, fit tap in and fold dry soil over Take that silly cup off. Plants at this stage. Need. O2. Risk of damping off for a lil extra growth is not worth it. Tbh i don't know y ppl do it. Only with clones you need such high rh environments as they've no roots

A slightly lower VPD is good for a young plant. It's mostly growing the tap root and can't do much photosynthesis early on, so any nutes in the substrate being drunk fast can cause a build up too early in the plant. temp + RH directly impacts rate os transpiration, which directly impacts rate at which the plant drinks. There is variety as to what a plant can handle.. so just becasue a few work out well trying to push them doesn't mean all will. I have regularly let seedlings sit in 50-60% RH from sprout and they do fine. A heating mat has improved consistency of my germination rate, but i don't see much of a difference in growth whether i keep the humidity dome on for the first week or not - slowly weening along the way. Could be wrong. An arid climate would definitely benefit, of course. In the winter i need it due to RH of house with furnace on. if vpd gets a bit high, just make sure any nutrients is a lower concentration to match. Air it out more each day.. by end of week i'd have it weened off. something with a vent is better than a glass cup. poke some holes in a clear plastic cup or chop off the top of a 20oz bottle etc. they have tall lids that fit solo cups, which are often used as seedling pots. too.
