You could make you own by getting all the things the pre mixes have, like blood meals and bone meals exct. A quick google using the term "UK dry amendment" shows a lot of options, I don't know if they are any good as I did not fully look into it, but they are their. I also use a compressed dehydrated chicken manure pellet "acti-sol" for my outdoor grows and it does wonders. Its also listed for organic farming in Canada buy a few agencies, I'm sure Europe has something similar. Having the certifications for "organic" is sometimes a joke, lots of money and time go into it, but if a similar product is manufactured the same way and they did not pay the crazy fees for the certification it is not organic despite it being the same product. Its not just a set list of rules and then its automatically applied, its also a set amount of hoops a business/farm jumps though and every hoop is a money suck, but it makes the consumer happy and if you want your crops to have that little sticker saying organic you gotta play ball their way. My garden is organic in the seance it does not use herbicides or pesticides and I use dry amendments, "some certified" in the soil but I grow with the idea you feed the soil vs the plants, its just a different way to grow for longevity in the same plot. Sometimes if only growing in pots the alternate salt based feeds are much easier and have better results despite them not aliging with my orginal idea.
