This happens sometimes the seed casing seems stuck. I would wait a bit to see if the seedling pushes it off which they normally do but if not you can gently remove it so the seedlings doesn't die. This comes from not planting deep enough.

It definitely should have been off after 3 days. Try gently holding the stem, and very lightly use the tips of your fingernails to pop the husks off. It's all very delicate though, so there is a possibility you will break it completely, or that the cotyledon leaves will be damaged. If the former happens, it will probably die. If the latter happens, it will survive.

Never saw this before. The stem is getting green and looks normal.
Perhaps she is stuck above ? Wait 1 or 2 days and if it stays like this try to remove the shell.

White bumps on stem? Ok or bad?Hi growmates,
I noticed some white/brown bumps on main stem near base.
Not sure what it is but dipped with white vinegar and some tea tree essential oil, will keep an eye on it
Did some light defolliation and aimed a fan at the stem.

Blue Ice OG - Color Change ThoughtsSo I'm growing 2 of the same strain, Blue Ice OG. This strain changes colors if you lower the night temps to under 54° Fahrenheit. However, only 1 plant is changing colors. I assume it is possible there is a different phenotype that is showing itself that isnt affected.

Why did my seedlings all die?My seedlings all died. This is the second time. What am I doing wrong? They germinate, I plant them in Promix HP soil, they pop up in a few days. I move them to the tent. Most of them never even lose their seed caps before they die, but a couple get real leaves first.

4 plants in 3x3. One plant, which I think has very different genetics, does not seem happy. All other plant left doing great AFAIK. Should I osolate it?Problem plant. No plant left behind!
