I wouldn't react tot his, but i'd keep an eye on it for any progression.
The first couple sets of leaves can be less than optimal and never see those issues on newer growth. Hell, i don't even put that much faith into what the 3rd set (5-fingers) tells me., but most times those have kicked whatever adolescent nonsense was going on with the early 2 sets of real leaves. the first 2 sets can look spotty and have pigmentation issues for no reason at all.
An mg-deficiency is not visible for 30-35+ days after it is physically deficient in the plant. This plant is too young to show signs of a Mg-deficiency even if it were occuring you'd have no visible reason to come to that conclusion.
your new growth is happy and consistent pigmentation. I think your plant is perfectly fine. Time will tell quickly.
