Sometimes leaves just grow funny for no real reason, they just..... "grow funny".
Remember too........no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time.

If it's isolated to that one leaf it's probably just superficial damage you didn't realize you did, like a tear on the leaf. If it's spreading then start looking for pests.

Can anyone help identify this tox/deficiency?Week 6 I noticed that all the new growth has burnt tips I assumed this was a bit of a nitrogen toxicity problem since the leaves were all a nice dark green, no pale leaves were popping up.
