in addition to what my dudes below said ; you'll need faster and better nutrient access for roots. Coco and DWC will make nutrients quickly available for the plant.That way with a nice balance of feeding and a good light penetration with a solid yielder strain , you can achieve 1 gr/watt with minimum effort. I've just harvested 650g from 6 auto pots under 500w total HPS ligthing.In coco.I didn't do magic,just trying to create to ideal conditions for my plants.

Like Darkwarsongs said, to get a higher crop you'll need genetics that give higher crops. To maximize your yield with your strain, having a quality/proper light for your grow area and increasing phosphorus (or bloom macro/micronutrients to be vague) will give you the best results. That being said, dosing your plant out is an art, to not give your plant nutrient burn, its all about finding the proper balance.

hey bro,you will be needing more something like 6-15-10 ,your npk are too high,you will gonna burn her :D at the middle and end of flowering you can start adding molasses it helps with the big dence buds ,you can add more from every time, start low

Strain buddy. I mean there's all these products and hoojoo out there but really. Good Genetics is a great start. That and a great light seemed to make all the difference in my Garden.
