If its in your apartment no, I dried weed in box before as long as its not 100% sealed up its fine. loosely closing the box with the flaps ajar a bit is good. The air movement in your room will be enough for it. You could also just open it up once a day during your morning routine to give it a breath of fresh air. If it is densely packed I'd do this. If its just a single plant should not need it. Granted this is not the best way for no smells. want to place it in a tent with negative pressure and a carbon filter, suck all them smelly out and filter it. FYI: We will not be notified of any reply or tag [@] in the questions part of the website, if you need to reach out with other information use your DM "direct mailbox" in the bottom right hand corner of the page. it looks like a little paper airplane icon. Best Of Luck!

I have carbon filter, tent, exhaust, regulators of speed and so on. But i want more passive way, i will leave all leaves and put in her current size not touching walls size box. In soviet union people were wrapping weed into news papers and it worked, think i have my lead poisoning from ;))) we were kids and buying that stuff,i saw how people done things without nothing. So holes or no holes ;) i want her to stink as least as possible...

I'm nowhere near what you would call a "cardboard drying specialist" - but you've got to have SOME air movement in there for it to dry properly. You wouldn't necessarily need to worry about bud rot but... try to actually hang them in the box, poke some holes in it and maybe set a small fan outside the box ... you say you're heading home for the holidays so they will certainly be dry - maybe even TOO dry - by the time you get back... but too dry is better than rotted as there are ways to correct being too dry where as rotted - well... Good luck, and enjoy the holidays at home!

You just want to refresh air but you do not need a whole lot of air movement with those size buds. Small computer fan on top and 4 small holes from 1 inch diameter at the bottom in every side of the box is enough. You also dont want her to dry to fast!
