I'm guessing this is some sort of deficiency. Some of the spots are rust like and occur and young and old leaves. Any opinions?

I agree calcium deficiency is most likely the problem. Calmag will solve the problem.

Brown spotting?Hey everyone!
My plant is in her 5th week and a few days ago (around day 30) I noticed some brown spotting on a few of the mid/lower leaves. Does anyone know what this could mean?
I gave her her first feeding 3 days ago. 1/4 strength veg nutes and 1/8 strength bloom nutes.4y ago

Plant #1 is showing some leaf discolouration. Not sure if it is nutrient burn/lockout or deficiency. I flushed her with R.O water just in case. Any ideas or suggestions? She's an odd one anyway, seems to be a different phenotype than her sisters.Week 10

Small brownish spots forming on lower leaves. Need help with diagnoses!Hi all. Just migrated plants to new tent/fan. I have much better environmental conditions. Now I have these leaf spots. Is that not enough calcium?How can I recognise that it is only a calcium deficide? The plant is also the largest and the only one with such deficiencies. Could the plant also be lacking manganese or magnesium and what can I use to compensate for this? Are pests or diseases excluded?Week 6

Recurring Cal Mag issuesI’m already at the maximum recommended cal mag dose of 1ml/litre (with nutes at 1000ppm or E.C. 2.0) and I’m still facing issues.
It went away for a few days, but it’s now back.
Should increase the cal mag dose and cut back on the macro nutes to maintain 1000ppm?5y ago
