too high/Low humidity ?

everything is on point, 5,8PH , water is 19-20celcius. is my humidity too high or too low? this is critical an indica strain. slow growth and overnight they curl like this. any help is welcome

@TheReaper I'm guessing you are growing in DWC because it looks like the roots are not getting enough oxygen
Do you have plenty of air bubbles in there also 20 c is too high and can lead to root or collar rot plus cooler water can hold more disolved oxygen

Over Fed, Watered or Lights to close?Either I over watered, over fed, or the lights were too close. I already raised the lights to be 24" again, the plant grew fast and was only 16" away. So I noticed on day 6 she started to stretch, she was the leggiest out of all 4. I swapped out the cup as it had a surround on it for jug to improve light.
I think this has helped.
BUT her cotyledons are very dark green and curling down and under, and her top is smaller+darker??Leaves. Tips - Thick

Deep Ridges in leavesI have a whole strain (3 plants) exhibiting a general lack of vertical growth; but also deep veins and ridges causing eveb more malformed leaves. Same setup as my other 3 plants of another strain that are thriving.
Looks like pH issue? Maybe this strain needs lower?5y ago
