Am I doing this lst training correctly on these gelato auto flowers? Also the two rounded leaves at the bottom shall I cut them off? One more question why is some of the tips of the leaves drooping down?

Can’t see LST, no pictures were put in your question and your diary doesn’t have photos either.
Two bottom rounded leaves are cotyledon leaves, they are fine to stay until they die off. They’ll fall off when the plant is no longer pulling nutrients from those leaves.
Tips of leaves could droop for many reasons, pictures and setup description would help answer your question.

Identify Issue: Brown Spots, Lower leaves first, from outer-tipsShowing up on 2 out of the 5 in my soil bed. Front 2. Transplanted 10 days ago, went well enough.

New growth looking strange and growth slowed down (wilting?)The new growth of my plants are looking a bit strange, and growth seems to be slowed down.
Could this be that the light is too strong? Or can this happen if the humidity is too low?
