Unknown Deficiency GG#4 Auto (week 10)

Hi folks,
my GG#4 Auto has this strange coloring on some leafes in week 10. Can’t find a deficiency that fits this pattern.

Looks more like pest damage. Maybe thrips. Check bottom side of leaf for small bugs, sometimes you need magnifying glass to see them.

I see signs of thrips and an early calcium deficiency. Have you set some yellow sticky traps to see if you've a pest infection ?

best leaf insects repellentI have found a few bad insects on my plants past weeks. Does anyone have experience with neem oil? Is it worth a try or would I be better of buying something else?
White vinegar with dishsoap didn't help much.

Surplus or deficiency?Can't tell if there's a surplus of nutrients or a shortage of potassium? One plant looks like nitrogen burn and the other two look like theyre maybe a little k deficient. Seedlings going yellowCould yellowing of leaves on seedlings be from too much fertilizer ( liquid fish, compost,seaweed type.)
I wouldn't suspect iron deficiency as it is new premium potting mix that they are planted in.
I did feed with about half strength liquid feet about 5 days ago.Week 15

Is this light burn?All my leaf tips are going yellow, even on the bud leaves. It does seem to be a bit worse towards the top of the plant. Is this light burn? I am using 2x 1000w philzon LEDs in a 3.5'x3.5' Tent and I had them at 10/10 brightness. I just reduced to 8/10. Thanks in advanceLeaves. Color - Yellow

Slight Yellowing on tips of new-growth? (VEG)Why am I getting slight yellowing on the ends of new-growth leaves? It's affecting every plant.
