Leaves aren't genitals so we can't see anything in these pictures that is relevant to sexing the plant. Might be some nubs of preflowers in first picture? even if zoomed in probably a bit too soon to confidently delineate between calyx and pollen sac.
you can actually pull those off the plant before you can see the difference with your eyes, Then, slice open and use some magnification -- will see nascent nanners or hairs tucked away inside. A single preflower is no loss to the plant.
