Are these Pests? Should I be worried? Is this Normal?

What pest is this? Should I be concerned? Outdoor, photoperiod grow in soil. Temps around 80F (recently used chlorinated tap water PH'd to 6.3 out of necessity). Outdoor spiders live nearby plants - which I hope are killing all the nasty stuff, but perhaps not enough.

the amount of chlorine in tap water is never a concern. you don't have to let it sit out 24h either. that is probably adding to risk of a problem more than solving anything. Cl is a trace element used by the plant. it needs a small amount anyway. Does not look like pest-related. If that showed up the day you brought it into the sun, light damage is definitely possible. Potassium often starts damaging the serated tips before anything else, but i'd wait to see progression before reacting with more K. Also, since that's mobile, it'd be odd that it started up near the top, but exactly where light damage would start. i'd see how it progresses. Plant has a good green to it. It's not overfed or underfed that i can tell. some minor tip burn. Might be 1 element in soil that's a bit hot but not too bad.

Hello MMSC16, Definitely not a pest! My first guess would be from the sun. Because it is only this leaf so it is also definitely not a deficiency. Long story short, nothing to worrie about! Happy Growing Buddy!

No pest would prefer the middle of the leaves, where the leaf is thicker, more jummy for them, definetly not the edges. The pattern would be random around the leaf with pest. This could be any kind of burn. Nutrient, Light, Heat, Air or you simply dropped some watering on your plants and it saturated there. The only thing you can really influence there is your nutrients and watering pattern. Other factors you can just pray about. But its fairly week i wouldnt stress it now. It doesnt influence the plant right now, she looks healthy. Happy Growing, pal.

From the looks of it, looks sun burnt, ie moisture on leaves still in full sun, when using greenhouse or covers, remember to water in late evenings / early mornings. Only water soil and pot. And air it out in day as soon as possible to allow moisture to evaporate from leaves, even morning due can get trapped between leaves / leaf and side of greenhouse 🙌 Hope this helps, happy growing 💪💚
