Well.. There is a stipule and a preflower. The stipule is that pointy thing and it has nothing to do with sex of the plant.
The preflower is too small to be certain. If i was forced to guess, i'd say female, but i'm not more than 60/40 confident.
If you have a strong enough magnification, you cuold pull that preflower off and dissect it. Hairs look distinctly different than nanners inside. Fuzzy and white vs a bunch of tiny bananas. You can usually the hairs quite a while before they portrude and the nanners around same time frame of development.
you've got asymmetrical growth. Is this a clone or a very long vege'ing plant? If it's a clone you already know the sex.
