it'll make virtually no different. You want the right amount of DLI (daily light integral) that is 90% of the pie.
there's no such thing as vege and bloom lighting. a cooler light will cause more branching and a warmer light will cause less branching and more vertical growth -- but these effects are not profound. it will not turn a bushy plant into a tall lanky plant. you probably won't even be able to notice a difference with your eyes.
you should give enough light to reach roughly 35-40 dli. if that requires both modes on, the so be it.
if growing photoperiods, do work backward from light needs over 12 hours. over 18 hours you need 66% of that power from same hanging distance of light from canopy.
there are some measurable differences as far as resulting morphology, but it's so small you cannot tell with human eyes.. .it's only obvious with large sample sizes. I've been growing with 2900k to 3400k for several years and i still cannot see a difference between plants of the same strain under either. not even with clones. the effect is so tiny compared to the big picture that it shodl be ignored if it also means less DLI given. DLI correlates with rate of growth and yield.. not so much CCT.
