most metropolitan areas use chloramine vs chlorine and boiling water does not get it out. You can break it down with a bit of vitamin C and then let it evaporate out, but again their is so little in the water it should not be affecting your plant this much. Well water does not normally have any.
just based on leaf colour It appears to be K or some micro nutrient related issue but I also feel watering habits and PH could be at play. Use a leaf chart and check your feeding regime. If you know you are giving adequate NPK then it could be a micro element or something else. With no diary its all a guess.

I need help troubleshooting weak plants! I think the clover might be the culprit but what do I do?Can anyone tell me what’s going on with these plants and what I can do? This is my first grow. What happened to this seedling?This seedling out of 5 is the only one not looking good. Everything was the same for all of them, but this one took a turn for the worst. Losing vigor and yellowingSorry I don’t have a diary for this grow. I did collect some runoff on one of my girls so hopefully this can help for giving assistance. This is only my 3rd grow and the first 2 went very well but this one isn’t, all plants have lost vigor, are growing slowly and are yellowing.

Burnt edges / yellowingWhat are all these burnt edges from? One of the burnt leaves is from the perimeter, so I'm not sure how it could be receiving enough light to burn.
