Chop or Flush

ButtersStotch

According to the flowering time shes supposed to have 2 weeks left, for this reason I haven’t been checking the trichs. I Just checked yesterday and they’re 60% amber. I didn’t do a proper flush and she was fed up until 6 days ago, since then only water. Keep flushing or chop?

6 days? Chop er brother. As mentioned in other answers soilless shouldn't need more then 5 days to take up it's excess (From what I read, I'm no expert). I was unsure about the NL's before I chopped them and asked about a good way to take a sample and drying it quickly without completely destroying the bud. If you're unsure about the product, take a little sample, pitch it on top of your modem or gaming console if you got's one, put a little fan on it and you're good to go. In 24-36 hours you'll have a decent sample that will tell you if you have any impurities or not. This is what I determined my chop on and the bud wasn't totally screwed up👍. The way she's turned in and dis-colored + the amber trichs tells me she's totally ready to go, but a small sample to alleviate any concerns is totally worth it👍. Much luck man! If she's going to taste half as good as she looks, you've knocked this outta the park. Cheers!

Chop. In soilless media, 5 days to a week is enough. If you find the taste is harsh, then a good cure will solve the issue. Cheers

@ButtersStotch hi mate all these guys telling you that you need to flush for 2 weeks are just parroting what they have seen or heard online it's a complete myth as the vascular system of the plant Does NOT store nutrients that need to be "flushed" the plant simply utilises the nutrients available to it to convert into energy which is called photosynthesis the use of a good drying and curing technique is what is required to provide a clean smoke etc Starving a plant during it's most crucial ripening stage is counter productive I would harvest yours as soon as possible

I guess it would be growers choice... another flush will get rid of the nutes which in turn will taste better but will be more of a body high aka.. couch lock. Chop now, you will have some harsh taste but shouldn't be that bad since it was just water the last 6 days.... Whatever you choose... she looks beautiful... great job!😁

I vote for keep flushing. My rule of thumb is at least 2 weeks after last feed. Better to have a little more CBD in the smoke, then flower that that tastes off, or does not burn clean.
