I got a 70x70x170 tent, mqrs hydro FC-E1500 150W and I'm planning my new grow after nealy ending my first (quite lame) try. I wanna go for photoperiod mainly sativa on scrog or a SoG of indica type(maybe something like bubba island kush). Any recomendations? Any1 tried landraces?

I kind of like doing one big plant per area. It seems to be more manageable that way for me. But if the grow starts to go south and you loose a big plant it can be more devastating than losing a few smaller plants. if numbers are not an issue SOG is going to produce the most flower within a year because you do not need to veg as long and can get a few more harvests a year. Smaller plants will probably make for more dank buds, but honestly, it seems like the bigger the plant the better the quality I'm getting. I'm doing massive 50-65 gallon pots per plant and scroging them in a 4x4 area in about 10 weeks of veg time where as you could et away with tw or 3 weeks of veg sog style. I wish I could try sog,it seems to yield a super nice even canopy. Watering seems harder though but you could also do a bunch of seeds and get different phenos would be cool if you have a a lot of seem say if you made a cross of something and made abunch of seeds, or just do clones of something you know it great. I kind of like giving all the attention to as single plant and seeing what it is truly capable of. This is where autoflowers are useful because I run a separate veg and a flower tent and aim to veg a photoperiod plant the time it takes to flower the last round of photosl also in that time I can run an auto flower alongside the new photoperiod seedlings as a boost and to get a few more flavors in between bigger harvest.

you can save 2-3 weeks of vege time or more by doing sog. this won't save as much as shaving 2-3 weeks off the end when the lights and all equipment are running significantly harder than the first few weeks, but it's still a good chunk of electricity. more pots can be more hassle but likely similar volume of substrate, just in smaller pots. Think your light is about perfect. 800-850PPFD (rough guesstimate of total power) over 12 hours will give you upper range of DLI, so in ambient co2 this will maximize yield from your 70x70 tent. The cost savings are minimal so do what is best for you? if variety is king, do a sog. if you don't give a fuck about variety do 1 plant, lol... nah, i'd do "4" just to have some risk-protection, and if not buying too expesnive of seed, plant 150-200% of what you need so you can cull the weak. if it's a trusted breeder, i'm sure you'll get quality plants. I can't tell you who to go to. i've tried a handful and even those with good reps have duds. plus, you never know waht they actual genetics are. "GG#4" might just be some gg4 clone they bought from god knows who then bred with their own genetics, and still labeled as GG4 when they sell it. no oversight, no protection.. they can say it's a "landrace" but may not be true etc etc. i wouldn't worry about labels. i'd worry about the traits you get that matter - flavor, potency, whatever you care about. the names are all wishy-washy.

Get a Big pot a good Net and go for a Scrog imo (A more Sativa Heavy Strain is the right choice here yes) More manageable than a whole bunch of plants and you can learn much about LST, HST and so on...
