I have an autoflower beneath my window week 2 -3 of flower and an autoflower in week 6-7 of flower. The one beneath my window could use some extra light for the buds to dense up. Should i swap their places or will this mess up the maturing of the one in late flower?

Different wavelengths penetrate to different depths/layers. Reason you have lackluster buds on lower canopy is none of the red and blue goes deep, supplement blue and red from the sides. Green penetrates 6,7,8 layers. Buds can reach around 90% potential with rgb ratio of 1:1:2

It really depends on your experience on the strains, if you expect both of them to come out well by sharing/swapping the light source regularly sure. If not I'd rather go for one "banger" and another "normal" plant. You could maybe use some aluminium foil and build some sort of wall around it that possibly reflects more light to the lower parts. Seen it done many times on those window grows with good effects.

Let the one under the light finish, then move the one from the window under the light, simple! Moving the one from the light to the window will ruin its maturation. I would not prune anything from the widow plant, it needs every leaf it has to catch whatever sunlight there is available.

Keep the window one where it is and prune all those leafs and buds off which are not in direct sunlight. Good luck! 😉

I'd move the one by the window outdoors if at all possible.

is there a benefit to evening it out how much light each gets or will it make it all larfy? not enough info to know, so trial and error it is. i doubt that window gives enough light. That's why the plant is stretched out. you got 6-8" between nodes, it seems. I'd probably just keep things as they are and not reduce the other one.
