Bio Nova has a specific bio mineral plan for automatics. I usually start to give half the dose that is indicated and if the automatic plant reacts well I gradually increase the dose of fertilizer, it is always good to start with light watering

Nope, i just want to say.. less is more. So start slowly with apart of the recommended dosage. A slightly underfeeding // defiency is way beter than an exces.
Iam growing lots of automatics. Most dont need a feed before they transist to bloom ( iam growing in a well balanced soilmix)
In bloom i start with a percentage of the reommended dosage too. And i look how the plant resonds. And if she looks good ilet it like this, if she needs more she gets it.
If you use alwys the same nutrients and soil, you can judge better, and learn what a plant needs. But every strain is different too

Should I only have to water every 5 or 6 days?I'm using Miracle Gro performance organics soil to which I added about 2 big handfuls of perlite. I also have rocks in the bottom of my pot.
