Looks like there’s a bit of variegation going on. It doesn’t really pose a threat. Sometimes cannabis plants take a while to sort itself out and acclimate to its life and surroundings.
I would just give it some time and not overly stress about it. Just keep temps and RH in check with a good watering schedule and it should be fine.
Looks like it could be some sort of virus. Viruses can hinder chlorophyll production. If it was mine i would start over. I don't like growing seedlings with issues so early on. It's a sign of weak genetics.
