fusarium aka fusarium wilt will cause a loss of turgor pressure in leaves and give them a wilting appearance like it is under watered. Its stems will also get gross and soft. I don't see this on your plants I don't think it is Fusarium Given that it is not wilting and the discoloration on them leaves It looks like it might be a combo of things. With no diary and only a few pics to go off of its all a guess. 1) pests like a broad or russet mite. the ones that are supper small and can't be seen with the naked eye like spider mites. 2) A mix of overfed and end of life + lots of stress and maybe pests as well.

Not fusarium. Without a diary and/or a lot more info about what you have or have not being doing, it is very hard to give meaningful advice based on 2 random pictures. Could be a massive spider mite problem, but not really seeing evidence of insects in these pictures, apart from the "spotty" leavrs in pic 2. Could also be burning due to a salt build up in the soil mix...........but without a diary...........
