Can’t quite work out if I’ve got a problem on some of the lower leaves on the cheese plant. You can see them starting to go a lighter shade of green. Perhaps someone can comment? Could it be Mag or N deficiency?

Add more micronutrients to your water or raise your fertiliser dosage. I had a similar problem ec and ph on point but a too soft tap water( that cause deficiency similar to calcium nitrogen def) so I raised the dosage of my fertilizers and I add micronutrients( not cal-mag cause my fert line didn't reccomend it) and my plants recovered very well.

Or could it be a deficiency caused by overwatering?

My gut reaction is that there is some unhappiness around the root zone rather than anything to do with nutrients. The situation may have sorted itself by now and everything will proceed as normal.
