Damping off
Its a fungus that stretchy plants are susceptible to getting that weakens the stem causing it to collapse.
Propping it up doesn't hurt but the main point is to clear the problems.
A 1-2% solution of hydrogen peroxide given as a watering right at the base of the plant (where the problem lays)
Doesnt hurt it just gives the plant more O2 and kills the fungus.
Next get more light on that poor thing if you can, you want the bluest light you can (daylight led bulbs work).
Wont take a lot but every bit helps
