Did I over-defoliate these? Are they looking healthy for day 22 or so of flower?

This is my first grow. I know my plants have a shape problem, I didn't know about LST during veg and wasn't taking it seriously (I tried to train one but it was too late as you can see). They had a very rough veg life but now they seem happy in stable conditions. How do I look?

Hello
No need to worry. If you defoliate at day 1 of flower and about day 21-23 of flower you're doing exactly what a commercial grow facility does. Over the next two weeks it's going to continue to grow and all those small leaves will get bigger again. 👍

I just defoliated them. Wasn't feeding them at all during veg, they literally just sat on my balcony. But as of a month ago I got a tent to put them in and got them on the Fox Farm trio, 75% strength. I water every 3 days, feed every other watering, and always feed/water to runoff. pH has been good 6-7 going in and coming out, and PPM I'm still learning but what I read on my meter is generally close to what the FoxFarm feeding schedule says I should be at. I think I have a good routine down, do I just ride it out from here? Thanks to anyone who reads this, watching these grow into their more exciting life stages has been fun, I really hope I can see them through to harvest!! They are just bag seeds, but next round I'm gonna get some good genetics in the tent and do it proper! And get a bigger tent! This one is going to become my seedling/veg tent.

Are these TRICHOMES ready to harvest?I’m at the outer edge of the breeders timeline (14 weeks from sprout) and am uncertain when to harvest. Week 2 (left) week 1 (right) of flowering. Temperature problem. I have a mini portable cooler, and I can stay around 27/28°C during light on (from 6pm to 12 am) and 24/25 during light of. But during light off the mini cooler increases humidity to 60/70%. I’m using liquid silicon.

They take up 1/4 (almost 1/3) of the grow spaces height.
