I can't believe i'm about to say this: Grow autoflowers and make sure they start early enough to avoid the wettest portion of grow season.
marketing will tell you all those things about a plant, but you are better off finding real-world examples of any plant claiming such things.
most often they are not "fast flowering" and whether they are mold resistant or not was never tested nor verified, lol. It's just easier to lie to people, bwahaha.
if this is indoor, mold is almost always self-inflicted if you have at least some environmental control. Get a dehum. high risk envornment will eventually grow wpm. if it's constantly too moist, you'll get it constantly, too.
if it is outdoors, there's not much you can do if you live in a wet environment. you may find some that are resistant, but if it's high RH for long periods of time, there's no avoiding it. Breeders don't do genetic testing. they have absolutely no idea if a plant parent's resistance (probably never verified or tested, either, and just a "feeling") was passed down or not.
you can find many breeders that will happily tell you what you want to hear, but they are dubious at best.
