Yeah shes just hungry shes getting big. I would go ahead and remove some of the lower stuff like you were contemplating and that will reduce the nutrient load and put the nutrients where it matters most. Looks like calcium deficiency starting. Gypsum is a good option for just calcium and will take longer to break down but crab meal is great for cannabis and will add it over time and improve soil structure. Shes looking good!
The plant in your diary looks fine. Does not look like its having issues to me.
If the PH is at 7 and its doing ok I would not adjust anything just yet. Good nutriments like CANNA are available from a broad range of PH. The leaf signs you noted in the question look isolated to the few leaves around it. See if it progresses before going ham on anything. It does not look like calcium issues to me.

Hello mate, i see from your diary that you have the pH solution at 7, you need to keep it in the range 6.2-6.5 or you'll have different issue with more than one nutrient.
