Mag deficiency or nutrient lockout? Got a lot of white spots and under the microscope they appear to be part of the leaf itself? Sadly can't share clo

My idea would be mag deficiency/lockout, but I've been using the same organic soil mix for a few runs and only this plant is showing these signs now. The yellow holes confuse me even more. Could the white spots be mineral deposit from my humidifier filled with~285ppm tapwater?

Mg deficiency = interveinal chlorosis with spots. I don't see these symptoms. something is too hot in that soil. organic doesn't mean magic. it is just another fertilizer with it's own characteristics and those characteristics don't correlate much with the marketing term "organic." you can still overfee, you can still provide an out of balance ratio to the plant and the same repercussions will occur, regardless of organic or not. This seems minimal, thankfully, so you can wait and see. MAybe give a little extra irrigation - 10-20% runoff - the next cycle and see how that impacts it ovr the next 10-14 days. All of that assumes it doesn't take a nose dive, of course. As long as you can be patient, do so until you know the exact cause of the damage. If it is limited, isolated, and never happens again, it's no big deal.

I don't see any deficiencies. I would not doubt that the humidifier is leaving a film of minerals on everything. Mine did when I first got it but stopped when i started using a garden water filter. The holes kind of just look like physical damage from something hitting it. Just be sure it is not powdery pildew starting. looks like a little bit of wind stress too but nothing crazy. I wouldn't be too worried. Your plant looks very healthy.
