I am already growing some cookies seedbank seeds and I realised that I am in veg phase start of week 4 and they are growing slowly. Never had something before. Do I need veg over 6 weeks or isn’t it normal ?

They look healthy so nothing is wrong. But are a little small. Not the biggest problem. Most importantly they are healthy. Once you transplant those bad girls into a new pot they will grow much faster. Not sure how big you want them to get but i personally do run a 10 week veg. but my plants get huge. If you transplant , you could probably flip to flower in two weeks with that amount of plants. at least 1 week. you dont want to do too many different things at one time s that if something goes wrong your not sitting there guessing which thing you did caused somthing.so its good to wait a week after transplanting to let them recover and get their roots established before telling the plant its time to make buds

You don't say what soil mix your are using, but 4 weeks in relatively small pots and no fertilizers of any sort given, may be the reason for the slower than hoped for results. Also, it seems you are only giving minimal water...........you need to water the entire pot............roots won't grow iinto dry soil..........this might be another contributing factor..........small root system = smaller pants. Otherwise, they look healthy enough, they might just be naturally slow starters. Give them another 2 weeks and I am sure that they will be much bigger.

If you start out in smaller pots and have a little higher temp they will grow faster. And if you grow in coco u need to water everyday with 10-15% runoff or they will get stunted an stop to grow

23 degrees is a bit low, go up to 26, it will speed up the metabolism. And 45 cm in lamp height is a bit high, 30 might be more suitable. The more light and heat, the more evapotranspiration the plant produces, the more elements it will draw from its roots and the faster it will grow. In any case, they are very beautiful 😉✌️

when you've filled roughly half your space, you can flip to flower. You still have 3-4+ weeks of vege after you switch to 12/12. So it will double or triple in size... more likely triple if you have a longer vege or if genetically prone to longer vege growth after flip to flower.
