I don't see stunting but i do see the start of a nitrogen deficiency. try feeding a bit more -- mostly amping up N but the whole thing may need a slight 5-10% boost if growth has been generally slow. your watering habits look suspect too. SOP for soilless - which coco is, it's not 'unique' in any way. 1) fertigate every irrigation with well-balanced and complete diet and 10% runoff waste water - this water is fine for outdoor garden use but not for potted plants. 2) wait for acceptable dryback 3) repeat. If not doing that, it is very likely a contributing cause to slow growth. The entire volume + 10% extra... never less. Like others said you need more perlite in that coco. 33% for coco. 50% for higher water capacity substrate choices, like sphagnum peat moss. When constituted corerctly no matter what you choose to use they all will hold roughly the same water per volume and have the proper gas:water ratio in the substrate. This probably isn't a huge hinderance to growth but would impact it slightly. when properly constituted it also eliminates the potential to overwater under any common sense context of gardening.

Hello from Russia. I'm sorry if I make cultural mistakes and use slang from my country. There is little initial information, so I will judge only by the photo: I suppose the reason lies in the following: 1) Initially low-quality seed. Rarely, but it happens. 2) The soil is too dense, which is why the root system is developing extremely poorly. 3) Lack of lighting. It is advisable to have at least 30 watts.

In coco coir you have to water them everyday single day!!! You need to water until you get 20-30% runoff to prevent salt build up in your medium! So I really recommend to feed her more frequently. If she is getting a little droopy then you can wait 1 day until next feed. But that the thing with coco, feed everyday. You have a nitrogen deficiency as well that’s why she’s turning yellow! You may also have a ph problem. So feed her until the ph of the runoff is the same as you pour in. Good luck my friend 🙏🏼🤩

Looks like bad watering practices and a medium that needs some more aeration. With coir you want to mix in about 30% perlite and water the entire pot. The roots will die back if they hit a dry pocket. and then the over all root mass will have a direct relation to the overall size of the plant. The fabric pots allow for air pruning when they reach the edge. but air pruning of the roots before they hit the edge is no ideal. I'd also wonder if the concentration of the feed is high enough. Try watering the whole pot and getting some runoff to prevent salt buildup. allow a dry back cycle before watering again and next grow mix in some perlite. 30%

Air pocket/barrier dont help to grow healthy plant, roll that pot wall down ! By look, lack of magnesium, epsom salt easiest way to add it. Dying cotyledons are sign of imbalance, do you measure ph ? How often you water, coco is barely saturated in picture ... do you water enough ???
