The leaves fall off due a wrong watering schedule. You need to let the top layer of the soil about 2 inches (5 centimers) dry out completely before watering again.
The deficiency comes from a wrong pH so the plant can not uptake the nutrients. You need to water with a nutrient solution with a pH from pH 6.2 and water till 20% runoff and do NOT water again till the top layer is completely dry to prevent lack of oxygen at the roots.

First grow yellowing seedlings :( nute problem?I seem to be following all the instructions on grow temperature range, light distance, and watering schedule(only watering hen the medium is drying); I've hardly used any nutes until day 22 as advised and I personally think this has caused me some issues although I may be wrong.

New growth and top leaves have some discoloration. Could it be light related, or maybe a zinc deficiency?She has been flowering for about a week now and showing some pale spots. At the start of flower I turned the light up from 200w to 300w. Light is currently at about 20" from the canopy. Plants seem healthy otherwise, should I be concerned?
