Like previous mentioned, I would suggest a lighter soil mix and also ad some enzyme product (Cannazym) to prevent root rot. To attact the problem right at hand I would let the soil dry out and do a flush.

If the eaves are getting burnt it means they are just staring to get to much nutrients. Depending how you feed an water might have a effect on this. Typically you want to get some runoff to avoid buildup in the medium. buildup can lock out other nutrients and burn the leaves as to much nutrients are trapped in the soil for the plant to use. Runoff helps push all the leftovers not used out of the pot for fresh stuff in. You can use this runoff in the garden outdoors or on the lawn or just down the drain. High P fertilizers should not be dumped as they contribute to toxicity in the environment.

Iv had a quick look through your diary and the one thing I noticed is that it doesn't look like you have any perlite mixed in with the soil, so I'm guessing it's a bit of a root problem, maybe not enough oxygen getting to the roots. Also there is no mention of which Nutrients your using. The soil has most likely depleted of the nutrition that it started with.
