Since this is my first grow i start out with one seed (in case something goes wrong)
I have quite hard tap water which i use for watering. The soil is BioBizz Light-Mix.
# Soaking in water
I put the seed in a glass of water (between 21 and 24 °C). After 6 hours i pushed the seed underwater and it sank to the bottom of the glass.
24 hours after i put the seed into the glass a very small white line was visible. I removed the seed from the glass and put it into the soil.
# Final pot
I put the soaked seed into the final pot (fabric about 11 liters). I mixed the soil (BioBozz Light-Mix) with about 1.5 liters of water before putting the seed 1 to 2 cm below the surface.
The temperature in the tent was 22.5 °C to 28°C and the humidity between 60 and 80%.
# Seedling
2 days and 20 hours after putting the seed into the soil the first green leaves were visible (barely).
To increase humidity i hang a wet towel in the tent (now about 65% and 23 °C)
To increase humidity for the plant i covered it with a plastic cover (bottom of a plastic bottle) only for the first 12 hours.
I removed it afterwards and now i have a vpd of about 0.84 kPa (leaf temp 22.5 °C, 61% Rh).
1. Does it make sense to cover the seedling with a cover (bottom of a plastic bottle) to increase humidity or should i remove it (e.g. for better air circulation)?
2. Should i switch on a fan that moves the air a little bit (pointing it above the plant)?
Unless you are in a very arid region, you shouldn't need a dome for a seedling. 20-30% rh might be wise to put a dome on and cut soem holes in it until it is an appropriate RH% for your temperature - vpd chart is a visual aid for this. You want a slightly slower rate of transpiration (i.e. lower vpd than for mature vege or flower) early on, but too slow and you impede growth. I've read different suggestions but .8-.9 is probably fine. I'm usually above that, and the impact must be tiny.
Circulation fan only needs to cause a little jostling of the plant. Definitely don't point it directly at it. A little twitch of a leaf here or there is fine.
# Day 2
The soil was completely dry. I watered the plant this day with about 0.3 liters.
The 150W LED lamp at the height of 105cm seems to produce about 300 ppfd.
Conditions in the tent: Humidity about 70%, air temperature between 21°C and 26 °C.
I still have wet towels in the tent to increase humidity.
# Day 3
The soil is still a little bit wet (specially 2cm below the surface), so i did not water the plant. I only sprayed a little bit of water on the surface of the dry soil.
Conditions in the tent: Humidity about 70%, air temperature between 20°C and 24 °C.
# Day 4
The soil was pretty dry in the upper 5 cm, so i watered again, about 0.3 liters.
Conditions in the tent: Humidity about 68%, air temperature between 20°C and 24 °C.
# Day 5
The soil is still wet, so i did not water the plant.
Conditions in the tent: Humidity about 68%, air temperature between 20°C and 24 °C.
# Day 6
The soil is still moist below the surface, so i did not water the plant. I only sprayed a little bit of water on the surface of the dry soil.

# Day 7
The soil was pretty dry, so i watered again, about 0.3 liters mixed with 1 ml BioBizz Root-Juice.
Conditions in the tent: Humidity about 68%, air temperature between 20°C and 24 °C.
# Day 8
The soil is still wet, so i did not water the plant.
Conditions in the tent: Humidity about 68%, air temperature between 21°C and 25 °C.
# Day 9
Surface of the soil was dry, i sprayed it with some clear water (maybe 50ml).
The air temperature of the last 24 hours was 22 to 26°C, humidity 63 to 73%.
# Day 10
The soil was dry, watered the plant with 500ml and added fertilizer according to the BioBizz nutrient schedule.
The air temperature of the last 24 hours was 21 to 26°C, humidity 57 to 70%.
I also lowered the LED so the distance to the top of the plant is about 90cm (resulting ppfd about 380).
# Day 11
Height of the plant is now about 8 cm.
Surface of the soil was dry at the edge and moist around the plant, i sprayed it with some clear water.
The air temperature of the last 24 hours was 22 to 26°C, humidity 61 to 72%.
I also lowered the LED so the distance to the top of the plant is about 67cm (resulting ppfd about 465).
# Day 12

I did some light LST.
# Day 15
Surface of the soil was still a little bit moist, i sprayed it with some clear water (maybe 50ml).
The air temperature of the last 24 hours was 20 to 26°C, humidity 58 to 73%.
I removed one leaf that was pressed onto the soil beacaue of earlier LST.
# Day 16
The soil was dry, watered the plant with 500ml and added fertilizer according to the BioBizz nutrient schedule.
The air temperature of the last 24 hours was 20 to 26°C, humidity 58 to 72%.
# Day 20
The soil was moist, so no watering. Sprayed a little bit of water on the top of the dry soil.
The air temperature of the last 24 hours was 19 to 24°C, humidity 63 to 73%.
I also removed a few leafes (after taking the day 20 photo)
# Day 21
The soil was dry, watered the plant with 800ml and added fertilizer according to the BioBizz nutrient schedule. I also added a little bit of Epsom Salt to increase Mg. My tap water contains 85mg/l Ca and only 17mg/l Mg.
# Day 22
The soil was moist, so no watering. Sprayed a little bit of water on the top of the soil.
The air temperature of the last 24 hours was 20 to 27°C, humidity 55 to 70%.
PPFD is now about 700.
# Day 23
The soil was dry, watered the plant with 800ml and added fertilizer according to the BioBizz nutrient schedule. I also added a little bit of Epsom Salt to increase Mg.
The tips of the top leafs turned yellow (a little bit) so i increased the height of the lamp by a few cm.
# Day 24
The soil was moist, so no watering.
I removed a few leafes again (before the photo).

1. When should i stop feeding nutrients and only use water?
2. The tips of the leafes on the top are brown, the tips that are slightly lower are yellow.Too much light?
I'm currently on day 47 since i planted the seed, according to the breeder it takes 56-63 days until harvest.
Some people go up untill harvest. but most people stop around 2 weeks before they think they will harvest. can be a little hard to pinpoint. THe buds on her look like there are still building up a bt so i would go another week of feed. I don't ee anythings efficient or excess, so i would keep on with what you are doing. they are looking nice. They will also likely take slightly longer than what the pack says to finish.

When should i harvest?
I see some amber trichomes on the top bud. On the lower buds i do not really see amber trichomes, they are mostly cloudy. I'm currently on day 71 since i planted the seed, according to the breeder it takes 56-63 days until harvest.

Most trichomes are still clear, and a few are milky white. When about 80% of the trichomes are milky white, 10% clear and 10% amber is the perfect time for harvest. Around this time 80-90% from the hairs (pistils) will be brown.
