First timer and my plant has some pests I can't find

My plant is being eaten. I've looked it up and down and can't see any thing on top of under leaves, on the stem, flying around, or even crawling on the soil. 75°f 60%rh. Top inch or so of soil is dry before watering.

This could just be a but of damage.I never grow without sticky traps.I like to use the hanging strips and the cards you stick in the dirt which will catch bugs if you have them which takes the guess work out of anything like this.

This is a normal phenomenon, not every leaf is perfect, don't worry and happy growing.

Growing problemMy last 6 plants (different strain and ferti) grow up slowly and with less foliage. How many weeks left? AutoIs it too soon to flush it? It's on week 12 and I was supposed to harvest 3 weeks ago. This week the stigmas were getting brown so I flushed it. Is it premature?
