Slow bud formation and development on healthy growing plant

In day 32 of flowering and getting worried about the lack of bud development (see last photo on week 12). Should I be expecting more at this stage and what can I look to change? The plant looks healthy otherwise - any experienced help would be greatly appreciated

Bud development speed is going to be largely dictated by light power and not by time. Time is just a ballpark estimate seed companies give but a 1000 watt hps is going to flower quicker than a 240 watt led. Light = food for the plants and if you want them fat they need to eat. Another variable is how big your plants are. The bigger you are the more food you need to eat to grow, same for plants. This is why defoliation is so key. If there is too much plant matter then the food is spread thin to all the different parts of the plant. In short, more light will help and so will defoliation. Might just need time. Some strains just take longer to bud form and finish

well, to be honest, it’s very strange, it looks like a wild one, but in the wild there are no big heads, the leaves are very thin, what kind of variety is this?
