Looks fine. With autoflowers, you have to guesstimate when flower starts and it's at least 7 days before you see preflowers. Apples to apples, these are more like ~30 days into flower and it's still a healthy pace.
there is no nitrogen tox. Maybe low on Ca, but i think it is more about teh top leaves being too close to the light... can't be certain. If that rusty interveinal damage is exclusively on top-most leaves, i'd lean toward the light intensity as the cause. Also those leaves are praying extra hard - which can happen under too much and too little light, but in this case.. coincidences are adding up to slightly too much light on the top-most parts of the plant. Rate of progression dictates amplitude of response... if it was slow, don't need much of an adjustment, either way. If give an extra inch or two of distance from canopy and see if the progression abates before tweaking fertilizer formula.
