You really need to monitor your trichomes with a 30x or 60x magnifying glass to know when to flush. Clear trichomes are not ready, cloudy/milky trichomes are at their maximum thc level, amber trichomes are past their prime and converting into cbd and other less desirable chemicals. If you like an energetic high then you don't want any amber. If you want a hard hitting high that sinks you into the couch then you want a lot of amber. I prefer a nice medium and try to harvest with as many cloudy as possible. If you are in soil then it is usually good to start flushing when you have 5 to 10% amber to get a nice balance. It is something you kinda have to play around with to see what you prefer. Good luck!

Hi @Hangman The most correct way to know if the plant is ready for harvest is to observe the trichomes with a lupe 30x or a microscope. The right time to harvest is when the trichomes are usually milky in color and one or other trichomes are amber. If you do not have a magnifying glass, the second best way is the color of the pistils, it is necessary to make a general assessment of the plant, the pistils must be 90% orange and 10% white and are ready for harvest. if you go beyond those levels that I told you, the buds gave higher, but they lose their quality in flavor, it's a matter of balance. in your case, I would give them about 5-10 more days to the final flush until then just give water. good luck mate 🙏💪🍀

Hey Growmie... I would wait until she's completely done meaning trichomes cloudy and amber then start your flush to make sure the plant takes up all the excess nutrients in the soil before harvest. Hopefully, this was helpful and remember ..."Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time".
