Lady bugs are not cheap, fairly seasonal too, if you save money and find then outside make sure they are not Asian beetles as they look very similar and are not beneficial in slightest.

I would avoid anything in flower and just blast em off with water. BT can kill some thrips in the soil, can try as a foliage spray and if they ingest it should kill em. but pyrethrine is 100% easier and more effect I bet.

in the US? buy a 8oz concentrat of southern AG pyrethrine. Mix to instructions. It is a kill on contact spray. Also put up sticky traps. people mentioned bugs and the more wayas you are killing htem off the better... pyrthrine as i said was kill on contact, so as long as you don't directly spray predator bugs, all is well to use both at the same time. figure out how you got them.. clone swap? come with the soil or something? not cleaning out dead foliage or organic material in or around garden? indoors usually helps avoid this tuff, unless it's in a shed or garage or something like that with more exposure.

1 part Isopropyl alcohol, 1 part water with a squirt of dish soap and teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Kills on contact, odorless, leaves almost no residual.

Lady Bugs. Get yourself three or four of these and let them wild in your tent. Worst case scenario, a praying mantis will take care of anything :D

I have tried, neem, diatomaceous earth, soap, pyrol and nothing has worked as well as I hoped. Some caused more damage to my plants than the thrips. Predatory mites, specifically Neoseiulus cucumeris can work well. Minute Pirate Bugs are also great predators, I got photos of one eating a thrip on my plants today and have shots of them eating spider mites too.
