My plants are now in pre-flowering and every time at the end of the day (somewhere 2 hours before the light goes off) - they do not look very good, their leaves fall down, they twist a little, and the future buds are flooded sideways. The rest of the day, the plants look good.

I dont know ive seen big plants with long light cycles do just fine but they were photoperiods. You mentioned they droop at the end of the day it almost looks like they are sleeping or groggy so maybe adjust your feeding and watering time Id consider maybe shortening her day which will trigger more flower growth but id also make sure its not being over watered. Also consider your running auto they will flower no matter the light so really they should get another couple hours of sleep. Your pot size makes me question a bit to but ive never run coco choir .30 degrees is really hot as well doesnt leave much room for error the vpd chart shows you should be 55-65% humidity so your vpd looks good but 30 degrees always is really hot. Looks like you have her maxed in all paramaters. Good luck they look good.

Might be giving slightly too much light if they are extra droopy for long periods of time at end of light cycle. Plants do oscillate a bit in this regard, so make sure it's nonstop during that time and if so, turn down the lights or move them a bit further away -- the latter option is more wasteful but will improve light to sides and edges even if average ppfd drops a bit. How can the light be on 24/0 if they droop "two hours before the lights go out?" One bit of information or the other has to be faulse unless you live on a planet with a longer-than-24-hour day. So, if you are doing 20/4 - no need to dim or change anything... just bump down to 18 hours and things will probably be fine. You could do a rough estimate of PPFD from your light and help from your tent walls to guesstimate DLI .. anything over 35-40 is too much with ambient co2. this rough estimate would help with any proportional adjustment to hours of operation or dimming the light.

Never, NEVER, grow at 24/0...........ALL canabis plants NEED "sleep" for a correctly functioning metabolism. A plant with an incorrectly functioning metabolism will never perform to its fullest potential. 18/6 is ideal and could be considered optimal. If I were you, I would also decrease the fertilizers slightly, your plants are very, very dark green and bordering on nitrogen toxicity .......and all the problems that gives.

I would cut back my light schedule from 24hrs to 20hrs. Even an auto flower benefits with a resting phase.
